Ecology and World Systems

Ecology and Society, (formerly the Journal of Conservation Ecology) An online, peer-reviewed journal, including many articles with a broad systems view. Many papers are essentially industrial ecology from the ecologist's perspective, filling a major gap in IE itself. Edited by C. S. Holling, noted systems ecologist who was director of International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis.http://www.ecologyandsociety.org/

International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis
Includes reports on industrial metabolism studies of the Rhine River Basin and long-term analysis of alternative energy scenarios. (Austria)

Industrial Ecology

The Journal of Industrial Ecology has a web site with complete contents and abstracts, selected articles that can be downlaoded, forums, and reviews. http://www.blackwellpublishing.com/journal.asp?ref=1088-1980&site=1
Subscribers have electronic access to the full journal and can subscribe electronically only.
A second site at Yale, where the Journal is edited, is another valuable source of information on industrial ecology.
